Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping
Items are shipped promptly through USPS, usually in 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs cover the cost of shipping and cost associated with packaging. Ceramics requires packing peanuts, cardboard boxes and bubble wrap for safe shipping. I do re-use clean materials to keep costs down.
I ship to the address given at checkout unless otherwise directed by the customer. If you would like your purchase shipped to an address other than the one given to checkout, please let me know in the note section at check out.
Returns and Exchanges
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If your item is delivered damaged, I need to be notified immediately so that it may be reported to USPS (or other shipper). Please email me images of the damaged piece, and keep all packing materials.
I would like my customers to be happy with their purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact me within five days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return shipping costs to receive a refund.
Additional Information
All ceramic pieces are food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. However, I recommend hand washing all ceramic pieces.
All items are handmade in small batches, and may vary slightly in size, shape, and color.
